This Action Plan aims to provide a structure to implement the Hungerford 2010+ Plan.  Say some more…
The Columns of the Action Plan contain the following information:
Ref Number: The unique reference number for each action.  Where these are split into more than one action these are referenced with a letter a, b, c etc
Topic:  The group category.  This is usually the same as the chapter used in the 2010+ Plan, but some groups have been split, such as environment to built and rural.
Action Description:  The underlined part is the action copied directly from the 2010+ Plan.
Action Promoter:  The key group promoting and driving forward the action for 2010+ Plan and may also be the Lead Partner.
Lead Partner:  This is main organisation and or individual responsible for delivering this action.
Other partners: These are the other groups and individuals who will be involved in delivering this action.
Timescale to Implementation: This explains the detailed timings where possible.
Funding / Cost:  This identifies any costs and the funding sources.
