A meeting of the Town Council to be held on Monday 3^rd December 2007 at 7pm in the Town Hall, Hungerford.

Part of the business, but prior to the above:

Finance and General Purposes 6.30 – 7pm to sign cheques and to discuss and propose Council reserve fund.

From 7pm until 7.15 pm there will be an Open Forum to allow questions from electors.

From 7.15pm until 7.30pm there will be a presentation from the Police Inspector.

At 7.30pm the Council Meeting will commence with the District Councillors’ report.
