A meeting of the Full Council to be held on Monday 2nd June 2008 at 7 pm in the Corn Exchange Complex, Hungerford.

Part of the business but prior to the above: Finance & General Purposes 6.30 pm – 7 pm to sign cheques.

From 7 pm - 7.15 pm there will be a public forum to allow questions from the electors.

7.15 pm The Council meeting will start with the District Councillors Report.

Before the meeting begins there will be a presentation to the Army Benevolent Fund of a cheque for money raised at a recent fund-raising event.
