Meeting of the Full Council to be held on Monday 5th October 2009 at 7 pm in the Corn Exchange Complex, Hungerford. Part of the business but prior to the above: Finance & General Purposes 6.30 pm – 7 pm to sign cheques (Mrs Claire Barnes, RFO).

From 7 – 7.15 pm Joanne Godfrey will give a presentation on the work being carried out by the Thames Valley Community Pay-Back team.

From 7.15– 7.30 pm Peter Moorcroft/the architect will give a short presentation on the planning proposals for the JoG college

From 7.30 – 7.45 there will be a public forum to allow questions from the electors.

At 7.45 pm the Council meeting will start with the District Councillors’ Reports.
