You are summoned to a Meeting of the Full Council to be held on Monday 5th July 2010 at 7 pm in the Corn Exchange Complex, Hungerford.

Part of the business but prior to the above will be the Finance & General Purposes Committee 6.30 pm–7 pm to sign cheques (Mrs Claire Barnes, RFO).  At 7 pm Sgt Andy Bone will provide a brief summary of recent police activity; at 7.10 pm there will be a public forum to allow questions from the electors.    This will be followed by a presentation by The Berkshire Gardens Trust.  The District Councillors will then provide their reports.
