MINUTES OF THE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 7^TH MARCH 2005

AT 7.15 p.m. IN THE TOWN HALL, HUNGERFORD

Present:                                R. Ballard (Mayor), M. Morgan,  W. Acworth, R. Scorey, E. Cardwell, D. Liddiard,

                                M. Wilson, M. Meddings, R. Desmeules, R. Hudson, D. Small, J. Hutchings (Clerk)

                District Councillor’s Report

There was no district councillor’s report.

05/004   That the F&GP cheque signing meeting should be held at another time and not immediately before the main   Council meeting.   Proposed Cllr. Wilson, seconded Cllr. Meddings.    Agreed.

After discussion and recognition that the accounts for payment must be authorised by full Council

05/005   Cllr Acworth proposed, Cllr Ballard seconded, that the F&GP meeting should be held from 6.30p.m. –

7 p.m., that the public session is held from 7p.m. – 7.15p.m. and that the Council meeting start at 7.15p.m.

                as at present.     Agreed.

                Both of the above resolutions were moved without notice in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders.

Proposed Cllr Cardwell, seconded Cllr Scorey.   Agreed.   The minutes were signed as an accurate record

                by the Mayor, Cllr. Roger Ballard.
