Minutes of the Environment and Planning meeting held on Monday 12th March 2007
in the Town Hall, Hungerford.

1) Apologies for absence
Apologies were received on behalf of Cllr Bullock.

07/P028 Proposed: Cllr Liddiard, second: Cllr Wilson. Vote: 4 in favour, 2 abstentions (non-attendance at last
meeting). The minutes were signed as a true and accurate record by Cllr Scorey.

Temporary covered way from kitchen to bar area. (6 months) No objections
07/P029 Proposed: Cllr Hudson, second: Cllr Wilson. Vote: 5 in favour. 1 abstention (not present at start of discussion) The Council does not wish to speak on this application.

5) Decision Report
06/02931/FUL Hungerford Park Estate Granted
6) Code of Conduct for Planning
Cllr Scorey had distributed the draft document and one or two minor amendments have
been suggested by Cllrs Ticehurst and Hudson. Cllr Scorey will clarify these and then
amend the document.
07/P035 Proposed: Cllr Liddiard, second: Cllr Ballard, that the document is agreed by this committee and
presented at the April full Council meeting for adoption. Agreed.

7) Housing Needs Survey
Arlene Kersley will attend the next E&P meeting on the 26th March 2007 to discuss the results
of the survey. The committee made small amendments to the draft document but only to the
extent of correcting inconsistencies/inaccuracies in the text – not the findings.
