Proposed: Cllr Thompson. Seconded: Cllr Harries. Vote: 6 in favour / 1 abstention. The minutes were signed as a true and accurate record by Cllr Scorey.

Letter from West Berkshire Planning Department re: Site Visit
Cllr Scorey left the room; minutes by Cllr Thompson
Proposed: Cllr Bullock. Seconded: Cllr Liddiard. Vote: All in favour. For Cllr Acworth to attend the site visit and speak on behalf of the Committee if necessary.
5) Random Correspondence:
Committee to discuss who is bust suited to deal with such correspondence.
Cllr Scorey (or whomever is Chair of E & P) to present each item to the Committee Meeting and then file on the office in a reference file with a contents page at the front with tick boxes for Councillors to tick once they have read the document
6) Kennet District Council – Core Strategy Issues Consultation
Cllr Scorey to write to Kennet thanking them for their update on strategy issues and welcoming future correspondence. Also to point out change of address.
7) Environment Agency – Floodpact
Cllr Thompson to mention contact details in Open Door 6 and the Cllrs Harries, Bullock and Wilson to look at the information pack
