                To defer the matter until the Minutes were available.  Cllr Thompson advised the committee that the Minutes had        been done.  Cllr Scorey asked that she may have a copy.

                The Committee noted receipt of the feedback from West Berkshire Council, and the location of each site was                 clarified.  The Committee decided to leave further discussion until Arlene Kersley of the CCB and 2010+ were         present to discuss the next stage.

 

7)            Letter from West Berkshire Council

                Re: Parish Planning Guiding Best Practice

                Discuss the potential uses of a DVD aimed at ‘encouraging and motivating communities to become involved in            parish planning’.

 

                Cllr Pope volunteered to watch the DVD and report back to the Committee at the next meeting.

                Re: Core Strategy Issues Consultation / Saved Policies of the Local Plan
