Minutes of the Environment and Planning Committee held on Wednesday, 27th May 2009 at 7 pm in the Corn Exchange Complex, Hungerford

 

Present:  Cllrs Buckwell, Wilson, Liddiard, Bullock, Gaines and Werrell

 

The meeting started at 7.18 pm.  At 7.20pm,  in the absence of the Clerk and necessary supporting documentation for the meeting, Cllr Buckwell proposed and Cllr Gaines seconded that the meeting be adjourned until the earliest possible time and date that a quorum could be re-assembled to discuss the agenda as circulated.  All present voted in favour.

At 7.25pm,  in the presence of the Town Clerk and all the councillors listed above as present, Cllr Liddiard proposed and Cllr Bullock seconded the adjourned meeting be recommenced.  All present voted in favour.

5.            Exception site:  Testway have informed us that they are waiting for WBC to complete the legalities on their side, after which Testway will be able to go forward with their plans.  The matter of the existing footpath will need to be considered.

Re the LDF, Cllr Gaines will bring to the next meeting a possible letter to go to Brian Lyttle at WBC.  Cllr Gaines will find out from Cllr Booth if there are new numbers of houses under the LDF for Hungerford.
