Minutes of the meeting of the Environment and Planning Committee held on Monday 10th August 2009 at 7pm in the Corn Exchange Complex, Hungerford

Present: Cllrs Booth, Wilson, Bullock, Gaines, Parry, Acworth, Liddiard, Buckwell and Wynell-Sutherland and Werrell. Cllrs Cardwell and Harries from 7.10pm. No Public

1. Apologies for absence: Cllr Hudson

2. Declarations of Interest:  None

3. Minutes of meeting held on 27th July 2009: Cllr Cardwell sent her apologies for this meeting these need to be noted. Cllr Bullock proposed a vote of thanks to Cllr Gaines for recording the minutes of the meeting of 27th July and 10th August.

4. LDF: Cllr Gaines informed the committee that there had been no response from WBC re the letter.

Cllr Bullock proposed no objections Cllr Wynell-Sutherland seconded the proposal.

All councillors voted in favour.
