Minutes of the Environment and Planning Committee held on Monday 22nd February 2010, at 7 pm in the Corn Exchange Complex, Hungerford. 

Present:  Cllrs Booth, Cardwell, Harries, Wilson, Acworth, Liddiard, Bullock, Gaines, Crane and Ravenhill.

1. Apologies for absence:  Cllrs Hudson, Wynell-Sutherland and Buckwell

3. Minutes of meeting held on 8th February 2010:  proposed by Cllr Cardwell, seconded by Cllr Crane, 2 abstentions, rest in favour. 

4. LDF – soundness of Core Strategy Document – deliverability aspect of number of houses in AONB:  Cllr Gaines is drafting comments (between 26th February and 9th April 2010) for the LDF committee which will then go to the E&P committee.  Mr Henry Oliver North Wessex Downs AONB) is due to attend the Full Council meeting on 1st March.

6. Case Officers reports:   With regard to granting 09/02553/FUL, Hungerford Rugby club flood lights, Cllr Harries said that the depth of the underground cables must be checked.  Cllr Bullock said that this matter should go to the R&A committee.
