ARTS FESTIVAL In July Each year, the Hungerford and District Community Arts Festival (HADCAF) runs for three weeks in venues in the town and surrounding villages. The Victorian EXTRAVAGANZA is a fantastic evening in early December with a street fair, roast chestnuts and late night shopping (with guests freely partaking of mulled wine and mince pies).
